We clean, prepare, organize and photograph all items in the home that are to be auctioned.
We take multiple photographs and post precise descriptions and measurements to inform potential bidders.
We research and appraise all items. We have a professional staff that specialize in their related fields of antiques, coins, stamps, toys, sport memorabilia, automotive, jewellery, furniture and real estate.
We send out a newsletter to our large database of subscribers and potential buyers.
We list the auction in advance. The online only auction runs for one week.
We protect our client’s confidentiality regarding every aspect of the sale.
We also work with Executors, Power of Attorney and out of province clients and homeowners.
We provide an itemized list of the results per lot sold and payment by draft is paid no later than thirty days after sale.
We are present when sold lots are picked up and ship requested won items.
We sweep clean the home at the end of the sale.
