    • We clean, prepare, organize and photograph all items in the home that are to be auctioned.

    • We take multiple photographs and post precise descriptions and measurements to inform potential bidders.

    • We research and appraise all items. We have a professional staff that specialize in their related fields of antiques, coins, stamps, toys, sport memorabilia, automotive, jewellery, furniture and real estate.

    • We send out a newsletter to our large database of subscribers and potential buyers.

    • We list the auction in advance. The online only auction runs for one week.

    • We protect our client’s confidentiality regarding every aspect of the sale.

    • We also work with Executors, Power of Attorney and out of province clients and homeowners.

    • We provide an itemized list of the results per lot sold and payment to the Consignor is paid no later than thirty days after sale.

    • We are present when sold lots are picked up, ship items who request this for won items.

    • We sweep clean the home at the end of the sale.
